1. How do I order?

Please contact us for a price list info@biaslabs.co.uk. Tell us your preferred study start date and the number of organisms required and we will send you a quote with delivery date, cohort details, hatch details, testing dates etc. Once you confirm the quote your order will be booked in.

2. Is your product quality controlled?

All our species are offered with an annual DNA analysis certificate so you can be sure your test species are validated. We can also provide culture records upon request.

3. What are your payment terms?

The invoice will be issued once the order had been dispatched. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date by bank transfer.

4. How are the organisms transported?

Shipments are packaged in insulated containers. You can choose for your shipments to be sent in either conventional polystyrene boxes or our new Eco Wool Cool System. Temperature during transit can be controlled with the addition or heat packs or cold packs. We offer a next day by 9am delivery in the UK and a next day service across Europe.

5. What is the lead time?

Lead time will vary for each species, but often organisms can be shipped the next day.

6. What day of the week will the order be sent?

Delivery day of the week will vary for each species.

7. How many organisms do I need to order for a study, i.e. will spare organisms be provided?

Extra organisms will be included in the order, so you only need to order the amount needed for your study.
