By purchasing goods from BiasLabs you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities. These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this web site.
Basis of the sale
An agreement for us to sell you Goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you. The description of the Goods, the price, VAT and delivery costs are set out in the quote. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail.
Price of the Goods
In the event of a price increase, all orders placed after the price increase will be calculated using the new price.
Payment terms
Invoices will be issued on the day of dispatch of the order. Payment is due by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply a customer if account payments are overdue.
Delivery
We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Orders within the UK will usually be delivered by 9am. Please advise if your facility will not be able to receive the package prior to 9am.
When your order is booked in for collection by a courier service, you will be sent a tracking number. Please contact us by e-mail: info@biaslabs.co.uk if you do not receive a tracking number. We will aim to deliver within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed we will try to identify the problem through our shipping agent.
If orders are received in poor condition due to damage or delay in transit a replacement order will be condsidered.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery. Orders must be unpacked and placed in optimal conditions upon receipt. The risk of damage due to sub-optimal rearing conditions passes to you at the time of delivery.
Replacement orders If orders are received in poor condition due to damage or delay in transit, a replacement order will be considered. Damage must be reported immediately. The customer is responsible for maintaining orders in optimal conditions.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Liability
A replacement order will be considered if orders are received in poor condition. We shall not be liable to you in connection with any contract, for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data that your business may suffer.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will continually improve the Goods, so changes to them may be made at any time. We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep the Web Site up to date but the information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice.
Matters out of our control
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
